Our History

Our founder, Robert H. Kauffman, Sr., pursued a career in the roofing trade in 1948 after coming out of World War II military service. After many years and hours of roofing experience, Robert decided to form a residential roofing and siding business. So, in February 1957, Shiloh Roofing was established. Upon Robert's retirement in 1986, the company was purchased by Robert's youngest son, Steve. Steve worked with his father in the roofing/siding business since his 15th birthday. Steve continues to manage this second generation, family-owned business.
The company continues to grow and serve York County and the surrounding areas. Shiloh Roofing has expanded its areas of expertise and now provides service not only in roofing and siding, but also includes windows and spouting. We require drug testing of our employees and provide them with regular safety training procedures.
